About

Vero Liability’s suite of Aviation Liability insurance products respond to claims for:

Hull liability – legal liability to third parties and other expenses;
Aerial applicators – legal liability for damages due to bodily injury or property damage arising out of the spraying or dropping of chemicals or seed;
Air meet liability – legal liability for damages due to bodily injury or property damage directly in connection with an air meet organised or sponsored by the insured; or
Hangarkeeper’s liability – airside legal liability for accidental bodily injury or property damage, as well as loss of or damage to an aircraft not owned, rented or leased by the insured whilst in the care, custody or control of the insured (such as while servicing).

The insurance covers liability to the claimant and the costs of defending the claim. Defence costs can be significant and are not always recovered in full from the claimant, whether or not the claim is justified.
