Vero Liability offers Directors and Officers Personal Liability insurance to company directors for the cost of claims arising out of wrongful acts, as well as the cost of defending those claims. This insurance can provide an extra form of protection to any indemnities which may be available to directors under company constitutions or corporate Directors and Officers policies.
About
The Directors and Officers Personal Liability policy is owned personally by the insured director. It can give the insured director access to VL independent management of any claims with singular focus on the director’s interests (rather than that of the company or other directors). The level of indemnity available is applied for the benefit of the insured director, rather than being shared, as may be the case with a corporate insurance policy, where cover may be insufficient to provide for the costs of all insured parties.
Who should consider this product?
Directors of private and public companies.
